About The Artist
Lavi Zohar is a 3D artist and designer based in Sderot, where he brings together past and future — blending Jewish tradition with contemporary, colorful, and lively creation.
Lavi’s works, led by his Home Sweet Home collection, draw inspiration from the nostalgic Israeli candies of our childhood - sweet symbols of home, comfort, and joy. In his hands, the mezuzah, one of Judaism’s most ancient symbols, is reimagined as a vibrant, modern object that speaks to today’s generation without losing its deep meaning: protection, belonging, and light in the Jewish home.
During the war, Lavi served hundreds of days in reserve duty and had to pause his studio’s activity. Upon his return, and in honor of the homecoming of the hostages, he revived the mezuzah series as a symbol of hope, unity, and the sweetness of coming home — both physically and spiritually.
Each piece is crafted with love, merging innovation with a warm Jewish heart - a reminder that even in a digital age, home and faith remain the foundation of everything.
